All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel that item from your order.

2.3 Hygiene Restrictions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops and underwear unless they are faulty. All other items may be returned within 15 days if they meet our return conditions.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Casual Style Shop.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.4 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We currently cannot ship to some parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for our approval and RMA number
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items).

4.4 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process and specify your preferred replacement. We’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
