Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Delivered via EMS
– Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to some parts of Asia and certain remote regions.
Our Returns Promise
We stand by the quality of our adventure wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
Most of our products can be returned, including:
- Hoodies
- Jeans
- Long sleeves
- T-shirts
- Walking trousers
Important Exception:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops and underwear unless they are faulty.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details about the product you’re returning
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship It Back
Send your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
For exchanges: We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- For exchanges: We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
