At Casual Style Shop, we stand by the quality of our adventure wear just as we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops and underwear unless faulty. All other products in our collection (hoodies, jeans, long sleeves, t-shirts, and walking trousers) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange. Use our template below to make it easier.
- Wait for Approval: Our adventure-ready team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags. Add the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns center at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- For exchanges: We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item (we’re as disappointed as you are!), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
